Vehicle Description
Dont miss this opportunity to own a very rare piece of automotive
history. In 1929 and 1931 Ford had less than 900 of these mail
truck bodies commissioned by the York-Hoover Body Company. Very few
examples of this body style exist today. This Model A is titled as
a 1929 but reflects features of a early 1930 body. Example is the
1929 cowl section but the fuel tank filler neck and cap from a
1930-31 model A. This was not uncommon when Ford would transition
from one year to another and use existing inventory of parts on
their commercial body styles. Truck was originally restored and
part of the Imperial Palace car museum in Las Vegas Nevada.
