This custom 1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS built by Gearhead Garage is
powered by an LS7 427ci GM crate engine paired with a TREMEC TKO
600 5-speed manual transmission with a dual disc clutch and
hydraulic clutch actuator. It has a Detroit Speed & Engineering DSE
subframe, subframe connectors through the floor, DSE 4-Swivel link
coilover suspension and a TGM 12-bolt differential narrowed
30-spline Truetrac. It features an MSI Stage III COMP Cam (600hp+)
ATS ceramic-coated stainless-steel Tri-Y headers with 3-inch
ceramic-coated exhaust, Rick's stainless-steel fuel tank and Borla
mufflers. Stopping power is provided by Wilwood 14-inch brakes and
stainless-steel lines. The exterior is painted in a PPG
single-stage black, PPG two-stage white and Standox clearcoat, and
the car is riding on Fikse wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich tires. This
custom Camaro features tinted glass, hideaway headlamps with
electronic doors, Endura bumpers, LED lights, parking and rear
lights, DSE headlamps and a carbon-fiber front spoiler. The
interior features Vintage Air Gen IV system, RECARO seats,
made-to-match leather with lumbar support, custom fiberglass,
leather carbon-fiber door panels front and back, and carbon-fiber
A-pillar moldings. It is equipped with a custom headliner, custom
center console with Pioneer navigation and Bluetooth head unit, and
a custom DSE dash panel with AutoMeter gauges. It has a GM tilt
steering wheel, power windows and locks, 3-point belts, custom Arc
audio system and a custom rear speaker package panel. Features
include a Mercedes black carpet, MOMO steering wheel, carbon-fiber
and stereo amps, a relocated battery, custom billet trunklid hinges
and a security alarm, and the trunk is finished with custom panels.
