B-body performance cars, as the streamlined styling of the previous
decade gave way to a more modern aesthetic, setting the tone for
the 1970s. Thanks to advancements in wind-tunnel development, this
model dominated the NASCAR series, with Richard Petty at the helm.
Among the rarest finds from that year are the 28 4-Speed Hemi Road
Runners, each bearing the unmistakable cartoon character name and
iconic "Beep-Beep" horn. This particular Mopar stands out not only
for its scarcity but also for its distinctive features.
As emissions regulations and insurance rates shifted, 1971 marked
the end of an era for Hemi production. This car embodies the
rebellious spirit of its time, boasting a factory TX9 Formal
Black-on-black color scheme complemented by a striking white
