1955 Chevrolet Bel Air Show Car
Car History
The 1955 Chevrolet is considered a huge turning point for Chevrolet
and has become an icon of the 1950's Chevrolets. The '55 Chevy was
the first successful Chevrolet with an optional V8 engine. The new
265-cubic-inch overhead valve V8 was designed to be smaller,
lighter, and more powerful than previous V8s in the auto
industry.
We have an award winner 1955 Chevy Bel Air here at Adventure
Classics that is stunning. Truly one of the best built 55 show
cars! It has had a complete restoration from top to bottom with an
upgraded 350 cubic inch crate small block Chevrolet engine all
chromed out with fuel injection, a red/white custom interior, a
beautiful award winning paint, and custom polished mag wheels and
red line tires.
