convertible here at Skyway Classics with a 454 cubic inch monster
factory big block engine, square port head, solid lift cam, but not
the original engine, 3-speed automatic transmission, 12-bolt read
end, and a dynamite looking color combination of blue paint, white
interior, and a gorgeous white power convertible top! Chevelle's
are immensely popular cars and none are so much highly sought after
as the 1970 model packing that big block 454 engine and it is not
often that you will find a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 with
those features and a white bucket seat interior, that has a lot of

is a 454 cubic inch engine with an aluminum intake, 4-barrel carb,
square port head, solid lift cam, disc brakes up front with drums
in the rear, exhaust headers flowing back to the dual exhaust,
factory cowl-induction open air element air cleaner with chrome lid
and 450 horse decal, air conditioning, power steering, power
brakes, and chrome valve covers. The engine bay is highly detailed
as is the chassis with the dual exhaust running out under the rear
bumper thru chrome tips on each side, and the 3-speed automatic
transmission that runs to a 12-bolt rear end. Add in and the good
grip of wide black sidewall tires mounted on the factory Chevrolet
5-spoke wheels, 12-bolt rear end, BF Goodrich raised white letter
Radial TA tires, front and rear sway bars, and you get this big
block which is a true driver's machine. Interior The restored white
bucket seats with headrest and matching rear seat interior looks as
new and everything looks correct and just like it came from the
factory back in 1970. It even has the pushbutton radio in the great
factory dash housing the 6500 RPM tachometer and other gauges,
chrome automatic shifter in the center console, air conditioning,
power white convertible top, SS steering wheel, black carpet, SS
black floor mats, white door panels, and black seat belts. The
result is a Chevelle SS that feels like a time piece as it is in
excellent condition top to bottom. Exterior Our Chevelle is
finished in great new Blue Paint flowing over the cowl induction
hood with the white SS stripes and hood pins, slick panels,
blacked-out grille, and the bulging fenders. The chrome bumpers,
wheel arch trim, Chevelle and SS 454 badging really look great and
draw people to the car at shows or even gas stations, and even the
chassis looks super clean too. On top is the new super white
