Because the Malibu sport coupe and convertible received the "Malibu" emblem, rare combinations such as this are often referred to as a "Malibu 400". Despite Chevrolet ever officially designating this term. These badges can be found on both front quarter panels. A Vandergriff badge sits on the trunk lid. The owner of this Malibu has provided documentation including the build sheet, and the vehicles protect-o-plate. This '71 is one of the few and finest examples of Malibu's still out there.
