1979 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am
Has never had a single piece of sheet metal replaced to my knowledge and has no signs of rust/rot on the body inside, out, or under. Very rare to find a car of this age that hasn’t had some rust repairs. Was purchased from Texas two years ago and have had my fun with the car and now it’s time to move it on to the next caretaker. The car was restored many years ago before I owned the car. Paint still looks incredible and interior is immaculate.
This Trans Am came from the factory with the Oldsmobile 403 but has the Pontiac 6.6l 400 currently. This was done some time in its past and I am unaware of where the original motor is now. The Cowl tag says the car came Black with white deluxe interior. Other than those changes and what has been serviced in the list described below, I am under the impression everything else is the way it came from the factory.
