1967 Corvette conv NO HIT BODY with PERFECT BODY LINES and frame
and yes, 39k orig mi with some proof! Factory original undercoating
is still present on floors and frame. Engine appears to be the
original 327 (casting 3892657 = 1967 327 corvette engine) but was
decked so engine pad is blank which means we can't prove it. It
runs and drives well. It has a 4 speed transmission and shifts
through the gears excellent. Car needs some things but will make a
perfect driver. Paint is presentable and considered a 10-15 footer.
It has all 4 15x6 DC rally wheels (1967 only) and redline tires in
good shape. Interior is decent but needs some stuff like inside
door handle doesn't open the door so, you have to open from
outside, gauges aren't working, radio doesn't work, never tried the
heat and maybe another small thing I forgot. This would be the
perfect resto mod candidate with it's perfect body and lines and
frame! Convertible top has shrunk and getting to latch completely
is a chore. New top is recommended but all the latches and other
chrome top hardware is new. Car was last registered in 1989 and
this car has a legit 39k orig mi but was stolen back in the late
70s and then recovered and re-vinned by New York State. Re-vin is
NOT salvage, just re-vinned and was NEVER hit! Part of the stolen
recovery was the car being repainted from it's original green color
to red. Please Note The Following **Vehicle Location is at our
