1956 Pontiac Chieftain Catalina finished in Medium Green/White two
tone paint. The Catalina brand was the Pontiac designation for
Hardtop; akin to Oldsmobiles' "Holiday" designation. This 2dr
hardtop is powered by the 316.6 ci Strato-Streak V8 paired with an
automatic transmission; original auto transmission car. Chrome and
brightwork looks great front to back and shows well! Riding on wide
white wall tires with painted to match Medium Green wheels and
wheel covers. Equipped with the accessory front bumper guards, rear
bumper arch, and fender mirrors. Paint looks good overall but there
are some areas where the paint shows some imperfections. This has
been repainted along the line to Medium Green/White - originally
Glendale Green/Nimbus Gray. Has been with the same family for 40+
years! Matching medium green cloth/vinyl bench seat interior with
auto on the column. Dash and door cards in the same green and white
combination. Seating surfaces are in great shape. Stereo works! Car
cover will be included with purchase as well. Our technicians did
note the temp gauge is inop. The wipers are still running on a
vacuum system, they can be spotty and unreliable at times.
