Lotus Elan s4
The car was shipped to the USA from Italy where it won several hillclimbing and other races moderated by the FIA. As a result, the car was fitted with a number of enhancements for racing including a rollbar which has since been removed.
The vehicle has received approximately $2500 in improvements including a new hearter, new carpets, a radio, and several other items. Receipts for those improvements are available. The hardtop is also available with the vehicle but has suffered damage. The vehicle is also equipped with a soft top which is still attached to the vehicle but does not fit properly. Included are 4 factory original spare wheels from Lotus.
Documentation from the vehicle's Italian racing history will be included with the vehicle, along with photographs of the vehicle being driven in races around Europe.
