Vehicle Description
Gateway Classic Cars of Indianapolis is pleased to present this
1964 Buick Skylark convertible. The Buick Skylark was made in six
production runs, in which the car's design varied dramatically due
to changing technology, tastes, and new standards implemented over
the years. The Skylark name first appeared on a limited production
luxury convertible using the Buick Roadmaster's chassis for two
years, then was reintroduced in 1961 as a higher luxury content
alternative to the entry-level Buick Special on which the Skylark
was based on. It was later positioned as Buick's luxury performance
model when the Buick GSX was offered. This 1964 Buick Skylark is
powered by a LS2 crate engine mated to the 3-speed automatic
transmission. This 1964 Skylark is sporting an eye-catching red
exterior with gleaming chrome strips running the length of the
driver and passenger side. The custom Tan leather interior of this
1964 Buick Skylark is clean and comfortable. With a custom hidden
stereo system and speakers, drop the clean, white automatic
convertible top, and pump the tunes while you cruise in style.
