GM’s “Action Line” of Chevy C10 trucks were produced between 1967 & 1972 and are the most popular classic trucks today. Overall design changed every two years during this production run with a focus on “personal use” over utility. This 1972 factory regular cab short bed came out of Tate, GA early last year and was built to be reliable and powerful while retaining its vintage look. The original drive train was immediately replaced with a modern fuel injected GM LS engine, overdrive transmission, upgraded cooling system, disc brakes and a new exhaust. The rust-free body was treated to a new satin blue paint job, new door hardware, body side molding & side marker lights. The suspension has been lowered correctly and it’s sitting on a set of “old school” 15 torque thrust wheels wrapped in BFG tires. The interior is new with a period correct hounds tooth seat cover, new door panels, carpet, Dakota Digital gauges, AC and a comfort grip steering wheel. Other upgrades include new windshield, relocated fuel tank, spray in bedliner & more. The truck runs & drives great and is for sale now in GA.
