The Chevelle was completed in January 2009 and has less than 700 miles on the odometer. I had the car built to give every appearance of a stock 69 Chevelle SS using the latest in suspension and drive train technology, while keeping the stock appearance. This is not a custom car that detaches itself from its heritage as a muscle car era street dominator. The color is LeMans Blue, the engine is a crate ZZ502 that was balanced and blue printed by Hans Fuesel race engines in Fort Worth Texas. Other features of the car are, Edelbrock 500 CFM dual quad carburetors, Sanderson Block Hugger Headers, 3” exhaust using Spintech mufflers, all exhaust ceramic coated, Performance Rod & Custom dual flow radiator, Zoop’s Posi-Trak serpentine belt system, Tremec TKO-500 5-speed transmission, Keisler Engineering hydraulic clutch, Precision Shaft Technologies aluminum drive shaft, Strange – Dana 60 Differential – 3.73 ratio, fully boxed frame using Art Morrison reinforcements and X-Member upgrade, Global West Suspension, Wilwood 12” rotors – 4 piston calipers with aluminum forged hubs / QA-1 coilover shocks. The interior features all leather upholstery, custom Covan-GM dash that holds Autometer Phantom gauges, Vintage Air A/C and a Clarion sound system. Tires are Nitto NT 555 extreme performance and wheels are Cragar SS, 17”X8” rear, 17”X9” front. I believe this to be one of, if not the nicest, pro-touring Chevelles in existence. I have only shown the car locally since it was completed where it has won many awards and always “best of class” in judged shows. I have over 140,000.00+ invested and will include all build information and photos.
