The show ready 1938 Chevrolet has only 215 miles on the frame-off
build! This '38 Chevy combines classic looks with updated
performance. The 2-door sedan has more room than most modern cars.
Grab the friends and family and make some road trip memories.
The key word is "Elegance" to describe the long lines of this
American custom. These beauties beckon to be driven. The '38 is an
all-steel body and fenders. The custom forward tilting hood and
side panels are fiberglass. The sweeping body lines that include
roof are stock. The custom look comes from the fully rounded rear
pan and removal of the front and rear bumpers. This gives the sedan
some attitude and that One-of-a-kind custom '38 feel.
Fully updated frame with Mustang II front end. This beauty has a
comfortable ride thanks to the modern upgrades to the frame and
suspension. The heavy duty upper and lower tubular control arms
give a modern handling for the road. Front disc brakes and rear
drums get the job done, and keeps you and yours safe. Even has an
E-Brake. Power steering makes driving and parking a breeze. Dolphin
gauges have smooth classic design with curved glass lenses for that
perfect art deco design. Fully loaded with Speedometer, battery
amp, water temp, oil pressure, and fuel. Housed in a custom Billet
dash panel. The tilt steering column with self-canceling turn
signals, four-way flashers, and Billet Specialties steering wheel.
To keep you comfortable and cool a Vintage Air A/C and heater. What
is cruising without a top-of-the-line Kenwood stereo hidden in the
glovebox. It also has a charging port for your cell phone. This
helps to keep the dash clean and classic in style.
No lack of power with a Chevy 350ci V-8 with a mild cam. Spark is
from a HEI distributor, and chrome 1-wire alternator. Dual exhaust
starts with block hugger silver ceramic coated headers that feed in
to the 2.5-inch exhaust with an "H" pipe. This '38 has a great
growl. The 350ci is matted to a manual 4-Speed transmission with a
HURST shifter. Keeping the power to the ground a Ford rear end with
3.55 gear. This is the perfect set-up for cruising. The 225/55R18
and 215/55R17's with REV Chrome wheels give that aggressive
flair.
Interior is done in grey leather. The full-sized front and rear
bench seats are designed so you and your companions can stretch-out
in comfort and yes, they have seat belts. The '38 is wearing a
stunning Chevy red paint that is at show standards. No runs,
fish-eyes or orange peel on this beauty. It has a true mirror
finish. Take a close look at the under carriage. It is detailed to
the max. Ready for show or go the choice is yours.
The detail is outstanding. Ready for the 2024 car shows. Take this
beauty home today!
