Chevrolet K1500 Silverado Club Cab. This truck has spent its whole
life in Kentucky as has accumulated only 45,235 actual miles in the
last 27 years - less than 2,000 miles a year! This OBS truck comes
to us in what we believe to be it's original red paint which still
shows very well. The brightwork on the front grill gleams in the
light, as does the front bumper. Beneath the bumper is a black chin
spoiler with 2 tow hooks protruding through it. On the sides of the
truck you'll find grey pinstripes down the upper body line and a
black body side molding down the center with a "1500" badge at the
doors. There are dual side mirrors done in black and timted
windows. Bright wheel lip molding adds a little sparkle to the
sides. Both sides wear a "4X4" sticker at the back of the bed and a
Silverado badge behind the rear windows. Around back you'll see
wrap-around tail lights, a silver band across the gate with
"CHEVROLET" lettering, a rubber rear bumper cover, a tow hitch
receiver, and an incredibly clean and unmolested bed - it looks
like it's never been used! This whole package sits proudly atop
grey factory 5-spoke steel wheels wrapped in brand new Firestone
Destination tires. There is a spare tire in the rear under the bed.
Under the hood is a very clean and stock engine bay housing a 5.7
liter Vortec V-8 mated to a 4-speed automatic overdrive
transmission with 4X4 option. Some other highlights under the hood
include power steering, black valve covers, a new battery, and a
brand new A/C compressor. Exhaust runs through cast manifolds to a
single exhaust that empties on the passenger side behind the rear
wheel. Stopping power comes via power brakes with discs on front
and drums on the rear. When you open the drivers door, courtesy
lights illuminate a stunning burgundy interior. The driver's door
panel in in excellent condition and features 2 speakers, a storage
caddy, an armrest, and controls for power windows, locks, and
mirrors. There is a 60/40 cloth bench seat with fold-down armrest
and seating for 3 that is in excellent shape. In the rear is a
bench seat, also with seating for 3. The rear area also offers
storage caddies, coat hooks, ash trays and speakers on each side as
well as storage netting on the back of the front seats. Up above is
a tight cloth headliner with working dome light and 2 visors. The
driver is treated to a 4-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel with
airbag, tilt column, cruise control, and intermittent wipers. The
transmission shift is on the column, but you'll see the 4WD shifter
is on the drivers side floor. The dash is crack-free and in very
good condition. In the gauge cluster is a speedometer, tachometer,
and gauges for gas, battery, oil, and water. The original
AM/FM/Cassette stereo is still present and it sounds great for a
factory unit. The climate controls are directly beneath the radio
and they kick out hot heat and cold A/C on demand. Also in the dash
are a glovebox with original owners manual, dual cup-holders, an
ashtray, lighter, 2 charging ports, and a storage slot. The front
passenger is treated to two grab-handles - 1 on the A-pillar and
another above the door. The carpet is in very good condition and
it's topped with black vinyl GM floormats in the front and back.
These OBS trucks are a hot commodity these days and 4X4 models are
hard to find - especially if they're loaded with premium options
like this one! To top it off it's a 1-owner with less than 50K on
the odometer - just try to find another like it! This beauty sure
