Extensive frame off restored Onyx Black 1964 Chevrolet Corvette
roadster with rumbling side exhaust new red interior, new black
soft top rebuilt date correct 365 hp solid lifter engine and Muncie
4-speed manual transmission. This beautiful black roadster received
a frame off restoration with great attention to detail six years
ago; at that time, it had an extensive list of new parts installed.
The car was originally born Riverside Red with red interior. When
purchased by the previous owner, it had 57,000 original miles and a
salvage title due to a minor fender bender.
A few of the fiberglass body panels were damaged and professionally
replaced during the restoration process, now the body lines and
panel fitment are excellent. The frame and birdcage of the car are
in great shape and the original fiberglass floors are intact. The
car was professionally painted and onyx black during the
restoration process and looks absolutely amazing with a mirror
finish. The engine was rebuilt and the block was decked and
re-stamped by the machine shop. and the car has only had 1300 miles
since the restoration six years ago. This Onyx Black Stingray is
currently rolling on turbine style wheels knock-off and redline
radial tires and looks amazing with this color combination.
