beginnings. As part of the fourth generation of the F-Series, this
pickup now shines in bold Copper Metallic paint with a bed accented
with diamond plating, rugged heavy duty front and rear bumpers, all
riding on big oversized BFG all-terrain tires to finish the look.
And surprisingly, (or maybe not) it runs and drives great!
This F-100 offers an oasis of comfort and style with its custom
black and copper vinyl design, enveloping you in luxury. The bench
seat with column shift is both classic and comfortable,
reupholstered to match the truck's dynamic new persona. The dash is
equipped with Classic Instruments gauges, air conditioning and a
Blaupunkt head unit, ready for your tunes. The glovebox houses an
electronic 4-wheel drive control, seamlessly blending the old with
the new. Continuing the color theme on the inside are nicely
painted doors, dash and original style steering wheel, along with a
nicely appointed headliner which all round out an interior that's
as functional as it is beautiful.
Underneath the hood, the F-100 roars to life with a 5.0 Liter
Coyote V8 engine, a contemporary powerhouse swapped in to replace
the old soul with new vigor. The swap, expertly done by 3rd Coast
Classics in Texas, includes a Ford 6R80 6-speed automatic
transmission and an electronic transfer case from a 2016 F150. The
suspension system has been overhauled with new shocks, tie rods,
drag links, bushings, and shackles, ensuring a ride that's as
smooth as it is powerful. Dual to single FlowMaster exhausts emit a
rumble that's music to any gearhead's ears, and the truck stops as
well as it goes with power disc brakes in the front.
