grand touring sports car manufactured by Mercedes-Benz since 1954.
The designation SL derives from the German Sport-Leicht,
translating to Sport Light in English. In 1971 the R107 was
introduced with new design language and safety features that spread
to the subsequent Mercedes-Benz models. For the first time, the V8
engines were fitted to the SL-Class. This SL has a variety of
features that that buyers will appreciate, including conveniences
such as air conditioning, aluminum wheels, radial tires, power
windows, AM/FM/Cassette radio and cruise control. This classic is
