L78 1970 SS Nova documented by window sticker and partial broadcast
sheet. This Fathom Blue 1970 L78 SS Nova started as a clean
California car before having an extensive, nut and bolt, frame- off
restoration and now has less than 50 miles since finished.
A structurally beautiful metal body was professionally painted in
correct code-28, Fathom Blue metallic and jeweled in new chrome and
stainless. The interior is just as nice with new black bucket
interior with center console. The 396/375hp engine was upgraded by
freshly rebuilt 1971 LS5 replacement big block bored .30 over with
400+ horse power and the
L78 parts and badging added for that factory look. Nicely optioned
with a 4-speed,
power steering, power disc brakes,
upgraded with Classic Auto air conditioning system and a 12-bolt
posi-traction rear end to back it up. Has a large aluminum radiator
and HEI electronic ignition. Rolling on brand new SS 5 spoke Super
Sport wheels and new BF
Goodrich
white letter radials for that classic SS L78 Nova look.
