The Triton V8 is mated to a 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission and 3.55:1 limited-slip differential. Steering is power assisted and stopping power is provided by 4-wheel ABS disc brakes. The HD Edition is also equipped with a lowering package designed to enhance the performance of the coil spring front/leaf spring rear standard suspension.
