Ford Model A 5-Window Coupe! The Model A was one of Ford's greatest
successes, the predecessor the Model T. The "A" came in many shapes
and sizes of the years with nearly 5 million being built in its
generation from 1927 to 1931. One of those styles was the 5 Window
Coupe, and it's one of the most sought after today, some for
originality, but mostly by hotrodders everywhere to make it into a
awesome street rod! Here we have one of those rare 5 window coupe
street rods. Standing out in a crowd doesn't even fit the bill for
this incredible ride. The PPG Vibrant Orange Glow paint will stop
you dead in your tracks or send you to the hospital because you
turned your head too far! The shaved door handles give her a sleek
look and the 2.5" chopped top helps provide an aggressive style. If
you just think the outside was the main focus you would be wrong.
Inside you'll be impressed. Embroidered saddle tan leather seats
with matching door panels against a darker brown carpet blends very
well. As your focus moves up to the dash you'll see beautifully
crafted walnut dash with digital gauges and a walnut overhead
console w/radio and button controls for windows, doors and decklid.
She is even equipped with push button start. Other items to note:
rumble seat was installed, custom built stainless grill shell, one
piece tilt hood, louvered panels to hide hood assembly, rinolined
undercarriage, Mustang II GT rear end w/Posi, and emergency brake
installed. Per the owner she is all new rolling chassis with coil
over suspension! Powering her is a rebuilt 350ci V8 mated to a
rebuilt turbo 350 automatic transmission. With only about 3500
miles elapsed since the rebuild she has a lot to give. Car runs,
drives and shifts out very well and is a blast! Current owner has
had her for 14 years, acquired form a local private owner and
believed to be a 4-owner car. She is titled as a 1930 Ford Coupe
