NOT A RACE CAR - CRUISING ONLY 76 Pro - Street Vega This was my
high school dream car, mid-life crisis project. This is a mild
street car. It is very street friendly and easy to drive. I did not
build this car to race and I have never raced it. The nitrous tanks
have never had nitrous in them, just for show. The blower is under
driven so the engine is never in a boost. The rearend has factory
stock gears. If you don't race this car you could enjoy years of
driving it to car shows and cars and coffee. I do enjoy taking it
to car shows and just cruising it. It has a new factory 350 engine,
350 CID Roller Cam, under driven 671 Weiland blower, 650 cfm quick
fuel carbs, 4 inch blower spacer by Ruderon, turbo 350
transmission, narrowed 9 inch Ford rear end, Strange axles, S-10
brakes, Centerline wheels and 18' Mickey Thompson rear tires. It
took 8 years to build. It was the featured car for the Father's Day
car show in Edgewood, NM in 2018. It was the featured car in Rods &
Rides magazine. It has been on 2 calendars. It placed first in many
car shows, including the Super Nationals. See pictures for some of
the awards it has received. Extra 1974 & 76 Vega parts included.
