thanks to the overdrive gear. Something worth noting is that the
factory data plate has survived the test of time and is still
visible on the passenger side firewall of this '55 Chevy. Pop open

nicely redone as well. Custom cloth/vinyl upholstered Black and
Gray bench seats follow the footsteps of the original '55 Chevys
that matched exterior and interior color schemes. The factory style
speedometer is still in place along with the vent controls, AM
radio and steering wheel with chrome horn ring, although the column
has been upgraded with tilt capability. A couple of extra
aftermarket gauges are present on the dash to keep an eye on the
essential information. Furthermore, a floor shifter has been fitted
for gear selection and a kill switch has been installed for
preservation of the battery and for security when you're not behind
