This 66 Impala is finished in a nice dark red paint job paired with
a black vinyl interior. The exterior of this car is in excellent
condition, everything from the paint to the straight and solid
body, chrome/ stainless trim and bumpers, and everything else...
this is a clean, honest car! The black vinyl bench interior is
super clean as well... the seats, carpet, door panels, dashboard,
and headliner are all in impressive condition, just about as good
as new! Under the hood is the fully rebuilt 283ci V8 paired with
automatic transmission. This motor has been extensively gone
through and the entire rebuilt has been documented, see the receipt
photos towards the end of the gallery! The motor was done by Valley
Performance and Machine Service in Ionis Michigan! It has been
bored to a 287ci with a .454 Comp Cam, 9.5:1 compression ratio,
3.906 bore, ported PowerPack heads, an Edelbrock carb, Edelbrock
intake, Pertronic ignition system, you name it, it has all been
done... Cylinder heads, pistons, connecting rods, crankshaft,
block, camshaft, bearings, rings, gaskets, timing chain, oil pump,
brass freeze plugs, valve springs, lifters, valves, new torque
converter, a rebuilt starter... The list goes on! Where do you find
a car with this documentation... not an expense has been spared!
Also included are the original intake manifold, carburetor, and air
cleaner! Interior work has also been documented such as new
original vinyl seat covers front and rear, rebuilding the front
seat cushion, and a new rear shelf! By looking at this car, you can
tell it has always been meticulously maintained to keep it in top
notch condition! The trunk is very nicely finished with a mat and
even the spare tire/ equipment! This car is a super clean, honest
example!
