Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is honored to present for sale,
on consignment, this stunning 1964 Chevrolet Impala SS 409 4 Speed!
The one you want, 425 hp and 425 ft lbs of torque, dual carbs and
dual exhaust brings up some impressive numbers. 0-60 in 6.6 seconds
and a 14.9 quarter miles is quite a feat for a 17.5 foot long car!
Finished in Riverside Red over Black vinyl interior makes for a
killer combo. This 409 has a fresh rebuild on it utilizing Ross
Racing Pistons, Competition Hydraulic Roller Cam and Edelbrock
Aluminum Heads with just under 600 miles on it, the transmission
has not been rebuilt, the stock rear end has Posi-Traction and is
running 3:73 gears. Features include AM Radio, Custom Wheels,
Radial Tires and Seatbelts. The restoration was completed in 1994
and has held up very well over the years due to the extreme care
that has been taken to keep it in top shape. The current owner has
had this car in their possession for the last 39 years which makes
for a hard decision to sell, but when it's time, it's time and we
couldn't be happier to be the lucky ones to present this car to the
world! At check in we found the radio and clock to not be in
working order as well as a non functioning left vent window crank.
Outside of that there is little to pick apart with this gem. To
become the next lucky owner of this 64, just contact our awesome
sales staff by phone or email to get all the details and as always,
thank you for looking!
