This 1939 Olds spent most of the last 40 years in a museum in South Carolina. When the museum closed a collector acquired the vehicle and then we purchased it from them. The car needed some work so we replaced the battery, some brake hoses, and a couple of tires and now it runs and drives quite nicely for the age. We have taken the vehicle to several events and shows and it always gets plenty of attention. As with any vehicle nearing 100 years old there are some quirks, and a couple of minor leaks but it has never hesitated to get us "to and from" wherever we wanted to go.
