97 pace arrow vision 35w 460 ford chassis 4 speed auto 74k miles, clean title, compression is fine burns zero oil between 3k oil changes, 3 hyd jack system, has all the manufactures option that will be listed on other same units then was set up for full-time dry camping and registered in s Dakota. As of 1/ 2/09 nada low retail=24k, aver retail=29k. All options listed below are over and above nada they are all add-ons not listed by them and total about 14k plus. 06/05 this unit was appraised by a rv dealer and was valued at 42k since then I’ve added about 2k in upgrades. Look at any other same unit ( not junk) 97 vision 35w ford 460 asking price of around 30k and then add what this unit has over and above them.
Banks stinger system w/trans command, custom trans cooler and gage, electric radiator fan, brake master hitch system for toads, brake master control system for in toad, 5k onan marquis gene, road master total vehicle stabilizer and bushing kit, on board 12 volt air compressor with 50’ air line, manual point sat w/digital elevation indicator, top of the line solar charger kit (2 panel 75 watt ea) w/ trace inverter-charger-float-equalizer w/remote for any style battery, 4-6volt agm glass batteries, fantastic fan vents, custom sewer vent, water purifier, kitchen hard wood floor, catalic heater interior, passenger computer desk, bike rack, high quality queen mattress, new high-power stereo + speakers (interior), new stereo w/100 watt amp and 2 huge speakers each on 25’ cable (exterior), newer fridge and a/c in 04, newer Michelin tires 90%. 06/04/05 clean carfax report , all manuals-service records-recites since unit was new, highest dry mpg=11--lowest while pulling a 12’ tandem enclosed trailer mpg=7. I drive 70 to 75mph with and without the trailer with no wandering or porpuseing. Bottom brown was 100% painted only to clean up normal road nicks, I’m a (class a) ford mechanic I went threw this vehicle before I bought it because it was my 1st rv and I’m picky, only selling unit do to I have a 08 revolution 42n i just got to start my full-time retirement.
