1967 Oldsmobile Cutlass 442
1967 Olds Cutlass 442 - A 6 year build to recreate my 1967 college car. No expense spared. The best of 3 cars were used two of which were California plant cars. Body off frame with special attention to details under the car. Correct SS1 wheels even the spare all new lines, gas tank, brakes even the correct spiral rear shocks. Engine has correct code heads and a complete rebuild. Electronic points added for reliability as was an Edelbrock 4-bbl the original Quadrajet included. New gas tank and sending unit. The bodywork on this car was preformed by one of our areas top shops Phil s auto in Prarie du Chien Wisconsin References available from him on request. This super straight job required over 10K alone. The car has correct Roman Red with Parchment vinyl top and is a show-stopper. All bright work re-chromed and stainless polished. Factory air car with updated seals for new Freon. Power Steering and Power brakes. Very rare Tic-Toc-Tac was professionally reconditioned and the clock even keeps time. The radio was updated to a Custom AutoSound with attachment for Ipod so you can cruise to your tunes. The interior is the correct Parchment white all installed by professional upholsterer. Original Power Windows and console. Transmission is BOP Turbo Hydro with switch Pitch converter and floor selector. This car is ready to drive and enjoy with only 2K miles since the build completed mostly on summer cruises. It has always had heated climate controlled storage during our Iowa winters. No salt or sand.
