Front-Wheel Drive. 472 Engine. I'm the second owner, purchased it in the 80s in Denver Colorado. Has been stored inside for 30+ years.
Needs some upholstery work. It runs smoothly. (see video) Have not started it in a couple of years but with a little TLC it will fire up. Tires were new when I drove it from Colorado to MI in 1988 but it has not been driven much at all. Setting a long time. I would plan on new tires for certain. The lock on the truck is whacked, I bought a replacement lock but have not put it on. It needs some TLC but basically speaking, it's in good shape. No exterior rust. They use sand in Colorado as opposed to salt so that was helpful. It has never seen a Michigan Winter outdoors. Kept it inside my heated garage. Friends come over and say Ooooo Niiiiice! It really is very cool.
I always said I would detail it out and clean it up perfectly one day but then had kids, a new house, demanding job... you know the drill, the car was put on the back burner. I figure it's time to let someone else with time and skills to cherry it out and enjoy it. I will miss her but time to move on to other things.
