1977 Harley Davidson FLH
Rebuilt in 99, appraised by Daytona Black Gold Motorcycle, Daytona, FL $18k.
Motor: 1200 cc (74CI) Original cases cylinders (.030) original flywheels, Weisco 9.5-to-1 pistons, hasting molly rings, S S rods, bearings seals, balanced trued. Original heads with new valves, guides, seals, springs. Andrews B grind mechanical cam lifters, S S super E carb, crane single fire ignition. S S high volume oil pump.
Transmission: Case was not original when I got the bike. I think it is out of an early 80s fx. Rebuilt with new bearings, seals, and Andrews close ratio gear set. Primary is BDL belt drive HP clutch.
Frame: Original, front end FLST dual disc, new sheet metal (5 gal fat bob tanks), 1 piece rear fender, FLST front fender. Jay brake forward controls. CCI Softtail style oil tank. Bike has been lowered 2 in forks rear swing arm shocks.
Most recent replacements (2006): Drive chain, primary belt, battery, tires. Clutch pulled cleaned adjusted, clutch cable lubed, front rear wheels pulled bearings replaced. Changed fork oil, adjusted valves, plugs changed. New air derby cover, change trans and motor oils.
Always garage kept! Ridden very few miles since 2006.
