1975 Triumph Trident Motorcycle This Triumph is a low mileage offering still under 13,500 original miles, 0 miles on restoration. To my knowledge the trident was the quickest And the fastest of the original run of Triumph before starting up again under new ownership and management in the late 80 s or early 90 s. powder coat frame, custom paint the correct code, new pistons, good rubber, spokes and rims replaced The engine and gearbox remain as assembled by Triumph personnel which is what you d expect anyways for this many miles but because the tank and side covers weren t up to the standard I wanted to present I had the tank and side covers refinished and painted plus clear coating. Those side brackets that you put the trident decals were replaced as were the black with gold decals themselves to complete the look on the sides. The carbs were refinished with all new bits supplied by British Cycle Supply from Nova Scotia last year but retain their original look. The bike itself with me was never driven in the rain so there is no rust. To make things easier for the buyer of this appreciating bit of England the bike will be fully serviced and ready for the road and I will of course start it up and keep it in top form and once sold well my mechanic Gord at Imperial Motorcycles 604-433-5004 will take the battery out and do whatever else with gas draining etc and then secure the bike in a crate after it s been inspected by One Stop Personnel or they may have others ready to go with shipping So once again this bike will be delivered in a fully serviced condition and that bill of course will be picked up by me. You ll enjoy the newly finished cosmetics , the good tune up and servicing work including some polishing on those engine bits , a front to back on a motorcycle with Gord means he s gone over the whole bike - every nut and bolt , clutch cable greasing etc so when get the bike you ll be getting the fluids replaced and installing the battery but you certainly won t be getting any big repair bills. Oh as well as the mechanical servicing and polishing the bike will be cleaned in the shop on one of those work stations a couple of feet high so it easier to get everywhere on the bike to achieve a high degree of thoroughness. I would like to say that just as a 17 yr old on my first Triumph 650 bonneville I still get kick out of starting These bikes up and still love the brand as Triumph as probably the first brand I saw as a ten year old. Okay also the bike comes with the service records from certainly my time with the bike and there is a couple of items From the former owner and you ll be happy to hear we have a second set of exhausts purchased recently and the people At British Cycle Supply mentioned a litle more get up and go as well as a different sound so you ll have some choice There. So to complete the paper work from me the new owner will also receive a complete set of manuals for the t160 Which means you get a near new parts manual, a near new service manual, and what could be the original owners manual Based on its age.
