1970 Dodge Challenger This 1970 Dodge Challenger has had a recent frame off restoration where during the process the entire underbody was sand blasted It was sealed with Por15 sealer. painted with hemi orange poly and cleared Paint code OEM 3303 DBC 2186 Deltron 2000 The Dodge has been recently restored The car has only approximately 40 miles on trip meter since finished Also. it has brand new anodized headers inside and out coupled with a 3 and No 8221 stainless steel exhaust with Magnaflow chrome mufflers Instead of the factory recommended 2 and No 8221 The 3 and No 8221 exhaust allows for better performance and a healthy awesome sound Because of the displacement of the 3 carburetors and the big air cleaner. there is no room for an A C Comp Originally the car had A C Also. it has power steering but no power brakes It is a real solid car throughout It sure will draw a crowd at the next Mopar event you attend This car when painted has had 4 coats of clear added to the hemi orange paint to bring out the color in depth and luster which puts the overall condition of the paint in great shape The front and rear bumpers have been professionally rechromed The black vinyl top is in great shape and could pass for an original The Brake system has had all new stainless steel brake lines installed New master cylinder with disk brakes on the front and drum brakes on the back To accent this sporty vehicle. a fiberglass hood has been added with four chrome keyed tie downs for easy removal of the hood to gain access to show the beauty of the chromed engine compartment The stock interior is complete and all there and looks new The front bucket seats both look great with no tears or rips as well as the center console The rear seat is equally as nice as the headliner The dashboard is in new condition and the stock gauges are currently operative The blinkers. lights and wipers all work as well as the horn There is an Audiovox AM FM cassette stereo in the car that has good sound of the speakers The trunk compartment looks like factory new along with the truck mat The battery has been relocated to the left side of the trunk in order to open the engine compartment up It makes it appear as less cluttered to accent the professional workmanship that has gone into the compartment The Turbine wheels have been painted to match the vehicle color which brings out and accents the black side decals and the hood. roof and spoiler The raised white letter Goodyear eagle GT tires have less than 1100 miles on them and are like new The star stock 15 and No 8221 wheels are available with beauty rings We have pictures of the car being restored and are available for viewing VIN number is JH23G0E124450 The total mileage on the rebuilt drive tran includes transmission is 1115 which reset when drive tran was installed Vehicle located in House Springs.
