1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Clone. I have owned this car for 24 years. Exact Replica in every detail, without tag, can not tell from original. 454 with a turbo 400 with shift kit, 355 posi 12 bolt rear end with ladder bars. Had odometer reset to oooooo when engine was installed at restore and reads 21,700 currently. Approx. use 1,000 miles a year driven. Had 40,000 approx. original on motor when purchased. rebuilt motor before installing during restoration in 1984 -1986. Has mild edlebrock matching cam, lifters, intake manifold and carb. Installed HEI ignition accel. Car gets something new every year. Most recently - New distributor, Flowmaster dual exhaust, New wheels and tires, Brake lines gone thru - replaced as necessary, complete new emergency brakes cables and parts. Have an entire file of every part put in this car or work done since day one. Car was repainted November of 1986 and still has show quality gloss to it. Acrylic enamel base coat clear coat applied watersanded and buffed.Body is absolutely straight. Has seen no weather except baths since day one. Always garaged. This car drives and handles awesome.
