Directions:  From the intersection of I-75 & US 10, go west on US-10 to Eastman Ave. exit, turn north. Watch for Midland County airground signs. Across from the Midland Mall.

Rowley's Auction Service will be conducting a Classic Car & Hot Rod Auction at the Michigan Antique & Collectible Festival in Midland.

Auctioneer's Note:  This 45th annual event includes over 80 acres of antiques, treasures, collectibles, swap meet, classic car auction, entertainment, refreshments, and much more.

Terms & Conditions: Cash, personal check, Visa/MC, 10% buyer’s fee with a 3% immediate discount (on the buyer’s fee) if paying by cash or check. Free bidder registration. General admission is $6. For out of state bidders and first time buyers with Rowley’ s Auction Service - for payment by check, you will need to have a Bank letter of Guarantee or be pre-approved by auction company 48 hours prior to auction. Bank statements are not acceptable. Payment for purchases must be made day of sale. Arrangements can be made to leave a 10% nonrefundable cash deposit (minimum $1000) for each vehicle purchased with the balance due in full before buyer takes possession. No vehicles are to be removed until paid in full with guaranteed funds. Some vehicles will be sold upon owner’s confirmation. Announcements day of auction take precedence over any printed material.
