Eastern Michigan Auto Fest & Classic Car Auction Saturday, May 18, 2013 - 10 AM Doors open at 8 AM (day of auction) Preview: Friday, May 17 @ 4 PM to 7 PM Location: Eastern Michigan Fairgrounds (Entrance off Almont Ave.),Imlay City, MI 48444 Directions: From I-69 & M-53 (Van Dyke Rd.) intersection (Exit #168) in Imlay City, go north on M-53 to Borland Rd., turn west, then go to Almont Ave., and turn north. Rowley’s Auction Service will be conducting a Classic Automobile & Hot Rod Auction at the Eastern Michigan Auto Fest. Auctioneer’s Note: Mark your calendar! This will be a fun event! Working in conjunction with Eastern Michigan’s Auto Fest which includes large classic car show, swap meet, and lots more! Now Accepting Consignments! Call or email for more information. ** No entry fee if consigned before April 8 ** Terms & Conditions: Cash, personal check, Visa/MC, 10% buyer’s fee with a 3% immediate discount (on the buyer’s fee) if paying by cash or check. Free bidder registration & general admission. Parking is $5 for entire event. For out of state bidders and first time buyers with Rowley’ s Auction Service - for payment by check, you will need to have a Bank letter of Guarantee or be pre-approved by auction company 48 hours prior to auction. Bank Title Drafts are not acceptable. Payment for purchases must be made day of sale. Arrangements can be made to leave a 10% nonrefundable cash deposit (minimum $1000) for each vehicle purchased with the balance due in full before buyer takes possession. No vehicles are to be removed until paid in full with guaranteed funds. Some vehicles will be sold upon owner’s confirmation. Announcements day of auction take precedence over any printed material.
