We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with exemplary communication skills to act as the key liaison between ClassicCars.com and our customers.
Job responsibilities include:
- Coordinate customer care activities as part of a team of technical advisors
- Daily communication and verification of all new advertisers
- Inventory maintenance for multiple websites
- Troubleshoot website issues and present recommendations for resolution
- Responding promptly to all customer queries answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
- Other duties as needed for the effective operations of the company
The successful candidate must have:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in telephone customer service
- Impeccable phone skills
- Ability to systematically break down and solve complex problems
- Strong active listening, multitasking and interpersonal skills
- Logical problem solving skills and ability to identify solutions based on written procedures and guidelines

Job Description:
The objective of this position is to keep ClassicCars.com and related websites at the forefront of their respective marketplaces in terms of ease of use and customer satisfaction. This is to be achieved by implementing and integrating new products, services and website features developed in conjunction with and at the request of an internal project board. Once agreed to, the technology elements of these projects are to be delivered to an agreed-upon timescale.
Responsibilities:
- Work within a cross-functional team to plan, implement, and test advanced interactive website features
- Plan, implement, and test bugfixes and enhancements to existing website features
- Assist senior developers and operations staff in automating routine tasks
- Troubleshoot browser compatibility issues, database issues, and other problems as they arise
- Keep ClassicCars.com at the forefront of technology, especially with regard to the specific software and design patterns listed below
- Participate actively in a fast-paced Scrum development environment
Requirements:
- 3+ years of developing dynamic, interactive web-based applications utilizing current standards
- X/HTML 5 semantic elements

- 3+ years professional ASP.NET development experience, preferably with experience regarding high traffic, public facing websites.

- Experience with JavaScript tools and patterns (jQuery, Underscore, Knockout, etc)
