Vehicle Description
This 1984 Chevrolet K20 has been lovingly transformed through a
father-son project, focusing primarily on enhancing the cabin. It
features new seats, a modern digital dash, and a molded headliner
that incorporates an aftermarket Kenwood radio with Bluetooth for
premium sound directed towards both the driver and passenger. The
carpet is well-preserved, protected by Chevrolet-branded floor
mats.
Under the hood, it's equipped with a 350 V8 engine and a rebuilt
700R4 automatic transmission. The truck is fitted with front disc
brakes and rear drum brakes, and it stands tall on 20-inch
aftermarket wheels wrapped in 35-inch Dick Cepek tires. Additional
upgrades include a Delta toolbox, Bully assist steps, a 6.5-inch
Rough Country lift kit, and Hooker headers leading to a true dual
exhaust system.
While the truck starts up and drives, the restoration did not
extend to the undercarriage, presenting a great opportunity for
someone to continue refining a project with solid groundwork. This
Chevrolet K20, with its 4X4 capability and incomplete A/C system
(missing only a relay for the compressor), offers an excellent
chance to build on a substantial foundation and tailor a classic
truck to personal tastes and specifications.
