1968 VOLVO AMAZON WAGON, 99.99999% RUST FREE CAR, (Actually a late 1967, licensed as a 1968).
This is probably the driest and most rust free Amazon wagon you will ever find. There has been a floor pan repair on the the right side floor pan and there's 2-3 small dots in the left side lower corner of the tail gate, see picture. No rust anywhere except for the dots in the tail gate!!!
The car came from SoCal to Arizona years ago and has remained in dry Arizona ever since. An earlier owner installed the sought after and great looking older grilles. And there's a roof rack with great chrome.
It has a good running B20 engine with a Weber conversion carburetor. I got a 4 speed overdrive transmission when I bought the car and it is being installed now with a new clutch, new throw out bearing and trans rubber mount plus new speedo cable for an overdrive transmission.
The body is absolutely incredible as far as both rust and dents, there's a small amount of dings as most old cars have but do damage anywhere. The black interior is dry. The front seats are from a 140 Volvo but original front seats are included.
The original color is light blue with a black interior. It is so light that it looks almost white. All doors, tail gate etc were removed to get the Volvo ready for a repaint but life got in the way and I need to sell the car. I was going to paint the Volvo in original light blue color (paint code 95) and install a red interior.
All doors are absolutely mint, see pictures. A lot of work has been done as far as front end, suspension, motor mounts and on and on. The brakes are great and the next owner can spend a few days hanging the doors, bolting down the seats etc and use the car as is for many years, or get it painted and put together an incredible nice Amazon Wagon.
And there's a fair amount of extra parts included also, new and very good used parts.
The Volvo is in Phoenix, Arizona and is sold with a clear Arizona title.
I have sold and exported classic cars from Arizona all over the world since 1986, so export sales are never a problem. I can arrange transport to port in Los Angeles.
