Vehicle Description
When Car & Driver tested a new 1985 Toyota Supra, they were
impressed, writing "The big reason we love this car is that it does
everything elegantly and never seems to breathe hard. Around the
burbs and out on the freeway it coddles you with a ride that's
cushy but never wobbly. Its straight-line stability is laser-keen.
Lane changes are sharp. The twin-cam six is pure velvet." This
exceptionally clean 1985 Toyota Supra is finished in Super Deep Red
and features pop-up headlights with washers, a two-piece rear
spoiler, flared wheel arches, a rear window wiper, mud flaps,
power-adjustable mirrors, sun roof and quarter panel stone guards.
The original factory 14-inch alloy wheels wear attractive
Toyota-branded center caps and are mounted with 225/60 BF Goodrich
Radial T/A tires.
The well-kept original interior features front bucket seats and
contoured rear bench that are upholstered in gray cloth with
patterned inserts and accompanied by a black dashboard, center
console and door panels. Amenities include cruise control,
cold-blowing automatic climate control, power windows, power door
locks and a cool period-correct Kenwood AM/FM/cassette player
radio. A leather-wrapped two-spoke steering wheel frames a 130-mph
speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline and gauges for
voltage, fuel level, coolant temperature and oil pressure. The
original owner's manual is still with the car as well.
