The C6 (sixth generation) was introduced with 2005 model year and lasted till 2013. A myriad of choices was offered, starting with "regular" Coupe and Convertible, then the Grand Sport followed by the Z06 and ZR1. The initial choice of engine was the LS2, rated at 400 HP, later upgraded to the 430 HP LS3, in 2008. The Z06 was rated at 505 HP and the ZR1 to a whopping 638 HP.
We are proud to offer a fine example of a 2005 Convertible dressed in a fairly rare color, LeMans Blue with only 1041 produced, that is 2.7% of production. Add to that, the manual transmission (40% of production) and we likely have around 400 made like this, that is less than 1%... Of course, this just a theoretical extrapolation... In any case, this C6 comes also very well equipped as following:
With an MSRP of $59,115 (that is $94,100 in today dollars!) it basically has all the options available at the time, except Navigation. Car was enjoyed by only two Florida owners since new and is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition, as seen in the pictures. Car was properly maintained regularly at GM dealer, and recently, the power top mechanism (rods, electric motor, etc) was rebuilt, it got a new battery, new harmonic balancer. Tires are Michelins in very good condition. Interior looks like new, paint is virtually flawless and shines like it should. It is hard to believe car has 31K miles... History report mentions a low speed minor damage ($1800 estimate) which is reflected in the asking price. Present owner has supporting documentation.
